Leads the global People Operations function, including its operating model, service delivery, systems, data, governance, compliance, and AI-enabled transformation. Partners with senior commercial and functional leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Owns strategic People projects, cross-functional transformation, due diligence readiness, and scalable employee lifecycle operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Design and build scalable applications using Golang, including component development, data storage, performance optimization, testing, automation, and deployment. Collaborate with clients and distributed engineering teams to analyze requirements, deliver real-world solutions, and maintain high technical standards. Support source control, CI/CD, code reviews, and project execution in agile environments while contributing to secure, high-performance digital products.

The Technical Director will provide leadership in technical strategy, client engagement, project execution, team management, and industry influence, focusing on innovative solutions and operational success in digital transformation projects.
