Lead and operationalize a new PMO for Europe, owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations, enforcing project management standards, maintaining reporting and dashboards, identifying and resolving risks, refining PMO tooling, and designing onboarding and continuous learning for Customer Success.

Lead and grow strategic enterprise utility accounts across Europe as the senior commercial owner. Develop expansion plans, coach account teams, scale key account processes, collaborate cross-functionally, report performance to leadership, and represent Neara at industry events.

Work directly with high-value utility customers to drive adoption and value realization of the Neara platform. Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes and ROI, deliver trainings and workshops, define value frameworks, embed solutions into customer workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and measurable adoption.
