Own post-sale customer lifecycle for Portuguese utility accounts: onboard, embed Neara into workflows (vegetation management, clearance analysis, CAPEX), run QBRs, monitor health scores, drive renewals and upsell, and align product roadmap with local market needs.

Work directly with high-value utility customers to drive adoption and value realization of the Neara platform. Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes and ROI, deliver trainings and workshops, define value frameworks, embed solutions into customer workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and measurable adoption.
