Drive measurable customer outcomes, identify growth opportunities, provide product feedback, and help build scalable customer success playbooks.

Build production-grade automation workflows, integrations, and custom nodes for enterprise customers. Lead focused on-site deployments, translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions, collaborate with Deployment, Product, and Engineering teams, and turn customer learnings into reusable product improvements and playbooks. The role requires strong integration engineering, customer-facing communication, technical judgment, and willingness to travel 50–60% across Europe.

Build the platform, tooling, workflows, guardrails, and metrics needed for safe, measurable agentic software development. Integrate autonomous coding agents with Linear, GitHub, CI, testing, and code review processes. Improve monorepo readiness, create isolated execution environments, establish benchmarks and adoption metrics, and partner cross-functionally with Platform, Security, AI, Architecture, and engineering teams.

Provide front-line support for non-enterprise customers, resolving account, access, subscription, billing, and increasingly technical issues. Build and improve n8n automations to scale support operations, troubleshoot APIs, integrations, cloud environments, containers, and databases, and collaborate with Product to identify recurring issues. Lead the Enterprise Nodes & Partnerships engineering team, building secure, reliable, scalable enterprise integrations and strategic technology partnerships. Coach and develop engineers, lead hiring, guide architecture and technical decisions, align with Product and Design, and establish practices that support fast, high-quality execution. The role requires hands-on software engineering credibility, occasional coding to unblock the team, and experience scaling engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Own the technical success of strategic enterprise customers by advising on platform health, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture. Lead technical handoffs, manage escalations and incidents, coordinate Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and communicate resolution plans. Analyze usage and support trends, triage bugs and feature requests, provide workflow improvements, and share customer insights to improve the platform.

Build and operate n8n’s shared company context infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing information architecture, taxonomies, templates, and contributor standards; onboarding teams and training knowledge champions; configuring integrations from Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion; troubleshooting platform issues; partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access governance; maintaining knowledge quality and freshness; and providing feedback to the context-platform vendor.

Build and lead n8n’s internal AI and automation enablement function. Run recurring workshops, office hours, build-alongs, bounty hunts, hackathons, and dogfooding initiatives for technical and non-technical teams. Develop reusable templates, measure AI fluency and adoption, support cross-functional champions, and act as product owner for a safe internal automation playground. Partner with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering to define access, credential, and environment requirements.

Own end-to-end commercial renewals for a high-volume B2B SaaS enterprise portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, managing procurement and legal processes, coordinating signatures, maintaining forecasts and CRM accuracy, partnering with Customer Success on renewal risk, and improving scalable renewal workflows through automation and AI.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships in the German-speaking market, managing onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, renewals, QBRs, health checks, and escalations. Develop account strategies, quantify ROI, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and partner with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Build and lead a global revenue enablement function: install an enterprise selling methodology (MEDDICC), create PLG-to-enterprise playbooks, compress ramp and onboarding, develop frontline managers, stand up enablement infrastructure and measurement, partner with RevOps/PMM/Product, and grow the team across sales, SDR, CS, and partners.

Own Marketing FP&A across annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and program spend. Model PLG and SLG funnel economics, CAC, payback, attribution, conversion, and ROI. Build investment cases for attributable and unattributable marketing programs, establish performance frameworks, and recommend reallocations. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to maintain consistent metrics and reporting. Present financial insights to marketing leaders, executives, and boards while applying AI and automation to improve planning and analysis.

Own product strategy and execution for enterprise workflow lifecycle, developer experience, and production operations. Deliver Git-based source control workflows, versioning, rollback, observability, secrets/configuration management, and multi-instance operations. Lead cross-functional discovery with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to prioritise, spec, and ship enterprise-grade features for mission-critical automations.

Build and run a deal desk from scratch: design intake, approvals, pricing guardrails, automate CPQ/quoting, manage contract redlines, maintain Salesforce data quality, coordinate security/compliance requests, support renewals/expansions, and report deal metrics to keep deal velocity high.

Lead and evolve the core platform architecture powering n8n: design scalable distributed execution, persistence and data foundations; define platform interfaces; drive RFCs and migrations; enable and mentor engineering teams; ensure reliability, tenant isolation, and operability across cloud and self-hosted deployments.

The role involves building and shipping end-to-end TypeScript product features, owning fullstack delivery, experimenting with metrics, and maintaining integrations with a strong focus on quality and security standards.

Own the Core Platform product strategy and roadmap to improve scalability, reliability, security, and flexibility. Lead discovery for complex technical problems, drive execution-engine and distributed-execution improvements, manage major releases and migrations, align cross-org stakeholders, and engage enterprise customers to prioritize foundational investments.
