Build trusted relationships with named EMEA accounts, understand business needs, and deliver consultative solutions that achieve customer objectives. Drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, upselling, and account growth while maintaining account plans, forecasts, and quota attainment. Represent customer needs to Product, synthesize feedback, contribute to the product roadmap, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Manage and oversee EMEA payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across multiple countries. Develop standardized payroll procedures, resolve discrepancies, maintain payroll and regulatory records, conduct audits, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The role also supports junior team members and collaborates with employees, management, auditors, regulatory bodies, and external partners to improve payroll efficiency and communication.
