Lead architecture and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Data Cloud. Design integrations, data pipelines, identity/security models, AI-driven CRM features, and enterprise automation while providing technical leadership and governance.

Leads global privacy and AI legal matters for a SaaS employment platform. Advises Product, Engineering, Security, and business teams on privacy by design, AI governance, data protection, workforce data, incidents, regulatory compliance, vendor reviews, transfers, and contract terms. Builds scalable policies, controls, templates, training, and customer-facing trust materials while monitoring global privacy and AI regulations.

Own end-to-end global customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and handover. Build project plans, establish governance, coordinate multiple countries and workstreams, manage risks, dependencies, RAID logs, milestones, and escalations, and lead client status meetings. Coordinate internal teams and client-owned actions, ensure go-live readiness, maintain project documentation, and support continuous process improvement. The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and experience delivering complex multi-country implementations.
