Designs, implements, and refines threat detection and response use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain. Collaborates with threat intelligence, incident response, forensics, and security operations teams; analyzes attack patterns and security events; participates in red-team and penetration-testing exercises; tracks emerging threats; and reports detection effectiveness metrics to leadership. The role also investigates anomalies, correlates artifacts across datasets, and supports proactive defense strategies.

The ServiceNow Analyst will implement, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and IRM. Responsibilities include developing scoped applications, workflows, integrations, Service Portal and Workspace components, CMDB and CSDM capabilities, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data normalization. The role also requires troubleshooting server- and client-side issues, optimizing performance, following upgrade-safe practices, supporting platform upgrades, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on daily operations.

Implement, configure, and operate the ServiceNow platform. Develop custom solutions, scoped applications, workflows, integrations, Service Portal and Workspace components. Maintain CMDB and CSDM-aligned data models, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality processes. Apply upgrade-safe development and performance practices, troubleshoot platform issues, support upgrades and testing, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts on technical designs and code reviews.
