Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to enquiries, resolve requests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate with colleagues, and uphold Motel One service standards.

12–18 month rotational Management Trainee program preparing candidates for Hotel Manager roles. Trainees rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, lead projects, support daily operations, receive mentoring, attend trainings, and develop leadership, analytical, and guest-service skills. Successful completion leads to promotion to a leadership position.
