Prepare management reporting and insights for senior leadership, drive commercial performance through financial analysis, partner with stakeholders to inform investment decisions, build business cases, and improve financial processes and forecasting accuracy.

Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support for Monzo Europe in Dublin: manage Board and committee logistics and minutes, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (CRO filings, registers), maintain governance policies and processes, support KYC corporate requests, and act as governance business partner to stakeholders and board members.

The Enterprise Risk Manager will manage risk processes, support the Risk Appetite Framework, execute risk assessments, and promote risk culture across the organization.
