Leads credit and growth strategy for consumer lending products in Ireland and the EU. Manages analysts, develops underwriting, pricing, affordability, and NPV strategies, monitors lending performance, collaborates on ML models, supports product launches, and communicates insights to executive stakeholders. The role also ensures appropriate credit capabilities, infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Oversee outsourced FinCrime operations partners, monitor performance and metrics, and drive remediation across screening, onboarding, transaction monitoring, AML/CTF, and fraud controls. Partner with product, technology, data science, engineering, compliance, audit, and vendors to implement automated solutions, manage change priorities, support assurance activities, and prepare governance materials. Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting EU expansion and mitigate financial crime and money laundering risks across banking products.

Oversee outsourced fraud and dispute operations partners, monitor performance and fraud metrics, drive data-informed mitigation strategies, and coordinate change implementation. Collaborate with product, technology, data science, engineering, compliance, audit, and third-party vendors to address fraud trends, chargebacks, assurance actions, and EU expansion challenges. Support governance reporting, committee materials, prioritization, and automated fraud-monitoring solutions.

Provides independent second-line oversight and challenge of operational, technology, information security, and resilience risks across EU digital banking operations. Reviews controls, risk assessments, incidents, remediation, business continuity, and technology strategies; supports risk frameworks and policies; coordinates assurance reviews; oversees DORA compliance; and reports risk insights to governance forums and senior management.

Maintain and enhance Finance risk and control frameworks across financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, tax, treasury, and capital processes. Design risk-control matrices, test control effectiveness, review evidence, identify gaps, track remediation, and prepare leadership and governance reporting. Partner with Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, external auditors, and Finance stakeholders to strengthen processes and ensure regulatory reporting assurance.
