Lead forecasting, budgeting and multi-year planning for EU business areas. The Enterprise Risk Manager will manage risk processes, support the Risk Appetite Framework, execute risk assessments, and promote risk culture across the organization.

Senior second-line-of-defence role providing technical leadership and independent validation across financial risk: IRRBB, model validation, ICAAP/ICAAP stress testing, liquidity/ALM oversight, regulatory submissions, risk reporting, and advisory support to Treasury/Finance. Ensures governance, documentation, and regulatory alignment while presenting to committees and supporting remediation and audit readiness.

The Lead User Researcher will establish user research processes, collaborate with global teams, and guide product decisions through qualitative and quantitative research to improve user experiences.

Lead 2nd-Line assurance over Monzo Europes risk framework: plan and execute effectiveness and thematic reviews across conduct, financial crime, fraud, credit, operational, ICT and information security risks; identify remediation, engage stakeholders, contribute to governance and risk culture, and report findings to senior management and the Board.
