Lead and manage an engineering team on the Atlas Growth team to design, build, test, and ship new Atlas features. Define roadmaps with stakeholders, contribute to technical architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics to improve onboarding, monetization, and cluster management for B2B customers.

Identify and qualify high-potential accounts for sales, run outbound campaigns, engage IT and business decision-makers, update Salesforce, set qualified meetings, nurture early opportunities, and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas while collaborating with partners and regional sales.
