Optimize customer production architectures and guide resilient, scalable, cloud-native application designs. Investigate database and distributed-system performance, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and recommend improvements across applications, APIs, infrastructure, security, and operations. Lead technical discovery with developers, architects, and engineering leaders, while advising on modernization and AI application patterns including Vector Search, RAG, and intelligent agents. Build trusted relationships and influence technical decisions across EMEA customers.

Leads high-complexity customer incidents and technical escalations as Incident Commander. Coordinates Engineering, Product, Support, SRE, Sales, and Customer Success teams; establishes response cadence, tracks risks and actions, communicates with customer and executive stakeholders, manages recovery and handoffs, and drives post-incident reviews and corrective actions. The role requires technical fluency in databases, distributed systems, cloud environments, and production operations, along with strong crisis leadership and executive communication.

Provides technical support to major MongoDB customers by diagnosing and resolving complex architecture, performance, recovery, security, infrastructure, and database issues. Advises customers on MongoDB best practices at scale, advocates for customer needs with product and engineering teams, and contributes to internal support tooling for diagnostics, benchmarking, and performance. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to provide occasional coverage outside regular hours.
