Lead product design for Miro’s Growth team across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion. Design and measure lean experiments, explore generative AI applications, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Product and Engineering on complex user experiences. Mentor designers, uphold design excellence, and contribute to design systems and internal tooling while shaping Miro’s strategic product direction.

Prototype and ship high-quality canvas interactions, real-time multiplayer features, and AI-integrated UX. Own responsiveness, rendering, motion, and shared tooling while mentoring others and raising craft across product teams.

Lead cloud network reliability and automation across AWS: design and maintain IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, load balancers, CloudFront and Cloud WAN, implement observability and governance, participate in incident rotation, and drive cross-functional infrastructure improvements.
