Build Java and Spring Boot backend services, React and TypeScript frontends, REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and PostgreSQL data models. Contribute to containerization, Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD, observability, security, testing, production support, and performance improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, microservices, and REST APIs. Build CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, integrations, observability, and secure distributed systems. Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and clients. Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and contact center experience is advantageous.
