Contribute to containerization, Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD, observability, security, testing, production support, and performance improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Build CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, integrations, observability, and secure distributed systems. Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and clients. Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and contact center experience is advantageous.

Collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, architecture, and clients while troubleshooting production issues and improving application performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Lead and coordinate the end-to-end SOC 2 Type II certification: planning, control design, implementation, evidence collection, vendor coordination, audit preparation, and stakeholder communication across Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement to achieve successful external audit completion.
