Lead EMEA Energy Markets to secure and deliver power capacity for datacenter growth. Develop regional energy strategy, manage origination, interconnection, and infrastructure delivery, negotiate complex energy and utility agreements, mitigate grid and permitting risks, shape policy engagement, and build a high-performing regional team while partnering cross-functionally to meet schedule, cost, reliability, and sustainability goals. Travel ~25%.
