Lead CI/CD Platform Engineer will modernize CI/CD and platform practices, design GitHub/Jenkins pipelines, IaC and automation, enable vendor-operated production via runbooks and SLOs, improve observability and incident response, and partner across teams to raise release maturity and operational readiness.

Build and operate Azure automation platform components using Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD. Develop operational automation for patching, scaling, diagnostics, cost optimization, and policy compliance. Lead onboarding with application teams, resolve deployment issues, participate in planning and releases, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews.
