Drives growth and adoption of Medtronic’s Head & Neck surgical portfolio across Western Europe. Responsibilities include customer engagement, clinical education, product training, launches, commercialization, market analysis, product positioning, segmentation, value proposition development, and collaboration with surgeons, distributors, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders. The role supports revenue growth and portfolio performance while building strategic relationships with key clinicians.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates clinical, technical, and skills training for medical device sales, implementation, and customer support teams across Western Europe. Identifies capability gaps, develops standardized and customized learning programs, delivers hands-on robotic surgery training, and partners with field leaders and global stakeholders. Requires operating room knowledge, ideally robotic experience, strong commercial and facilitation skills, project leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Lead regional marketing and product strategy for Medtronic’s cranial, spinal, and robotics portfolio across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Responsibilities include portfolio growth, product launches, sales-funnel optimization in Salesforce, customer and sales-team training, reimbursement and market-access strategy, competitive intelligence, business development, and key opinion leader engagement. The remote role requires travel of up to 60%.
