Own rollout roadmaps, governance, intelligence cycles, stakeholder enablement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional adoption to embed the capability as a trusted enterprise asset.

Manages investigator-sponsored medical device research studies from review and contracting through closeout and publication. Oversees budgets, payments, contracts, device logistics, Trial Master Files, GCP and regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and GCC approvals. Supports sponsor studies, clinical and purchasing systems, global policy development, and process improvement. Collaborates with investigators, healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external research partners across global time zones, serving as a European representative on the global ISR Council.

Lead commercial and account strategy across Ireland and Northern Ireland for Medtronic's Sacral Neuromodulation portfolio. Identify growth opportunities, develop priority accounts, build stakeholder relationships, support service transformation, provide clinical education and procedural support, manage inventory and forecasting, and participate in regional events to increase market share and patient access.
