Manage a Dublin-based sales territory to grow billing and remote practice management services across Ireland. Build and qualify pipeline, run consultative sales meetings, close new business, represent the company at events, collaborate with marketing and commercial teams, maintain CRM records and forecasts, and meet or exceed sales targets while traveling regularly to client sites.

Lead a distributed L1 IT support team and own the corporate SaaS and workplace IT estate. Administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID, manage endpoints, MDM and EDR/MDR tooling, run joiner/mover/leaver processes, operate Jira Service Management, coordinate incidents and root-cause analysis, maintain operational security controls within an ISO 27001 environment, keep audit evidence ready, and manage vendors and documentation to ensure secure, reliable workplace technology.
