Lead architecture and delivery of complex platform initiatives, modernise legacy systems, design scalable full‑stack software, drive CI/CD and reliability, mentor engineers, respond to production incidents, and shape AI/LLM-assisted capabilities for claims, medical coding and billing automation.

Lead a distributed L1 IT support team and own the corporate SaaS and workplace IT estate. Administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID, manage endpoints, MDM and EDR/MDR tooling, run joiner/mover/leaver processes, operate Jira Service Management, coordinate incidents and root-cause analysis, maintain operational security controls within an ISO 27001 environment, keep audit evidence ready, and manage vendors and documentation to ensure secure, reliable workplace technology.

Lead an operational team responsible for timely, accurate processing of accounts and high client satisfaction. Manage on-site and remote staff, budgets, KPIs and SLAs; resolve escalations, analyse performance data, drive continuous improvement, support business development and represent Medserv to clients and senior management.
