Lead a distributed L1 IT support team and own the corporate SaaS and workplace IT estate. Administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID, manage endpoints, MDM and EDR/MDR tooling, run joiner/mover/leaver processes, operate Jira Service Management, coordinate incidents and root-cause analysis, maintain operational security controls within an ISO 27001 environment, keep audit evidence ready, and manage vendors and documentation to ensure secure, reliable workplace technology.

Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end processes for 400+ anaesthetist clients. Oversee daily tasks, quality checks, SOP maintenance, onboarding, client issue resolution, training, performance reviews, and regular team meetings to meet SLAs and KPIs. Provide guidance, maintain stakeholder relationships, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
