Define and translate business needs into functional requirements for Mastercard transaction switching systems; work with engineering and PMs to design, estimate, and deliver solutions; act as customer voice across lifecycle from testing to post-production; manage multiple projects, run stakeholder communications, and follow Mastercard PM-T practices.
