Teams at Mars

Provides regional functional expertise and support for enterprise R&D systems across Mars business segments. Responsibilities include key-user escalation support, training and knowledge management, incident and SLA review, data-quality governance, change and capability implementation, UAT and end-to-end testing, system issue resolution, and deployment support. The role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, process owners, and technology teams to validate functionality, manage improvements, and support successful system rollouts.

Leads transfer pricing transformation within a global SAP S/4HANA program. Translates tax policies into intercompany process and system requirements, supports solution design, testing, deployment, controls, audit readiness, and true-up processes. Coordinates stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT while managing risks, issues, documentation, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Leads Royal Canin’s global commercial operations transition, including the Digital Core/SAP S/4HANA migration. Owns transformation roadmaps, business cases, budgets, timelines, governance, process deployment, risk management, stakeholder alignment, operational stabilization, tool migrations, and transition PMO oversight. The role manages teams, coordinates global operational hubs, chairs steering committees, ensures compliance with commercial standards, and drives continuous improvement across service lines.
