Manage daily banking operations, including direct debit administration, bank uploads, payment quality assurance, unreconciled funds, refunds, and source-of-funds confirmations. Manage internal and external mailboxes, perform four-eye quality checks, meet operational targets and service-level agreements, record incidents, and support risk and control processes. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. This is a 12-month contract.

Designs and manages highly available AWS infrastructure, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Windows and Linux systems, and Docker/Kubernetes platforms. Implements infrastructure as code, automation, monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices. Leads incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, capacity planning, and deployment strategy improvements. The role supports security, compliance, platform modernization, and on-call operations while collaborating with development, platform, security, and application teams.

Develop and maintain AWS Connect contact center solutions, serverless applications, APIs, cloud data integrations, and enterprise systems using Python and AWS. Responsibilities include integrating AWS services, managing CI/CD and infrastructure as code, monitoring reliability, resolving incidents, applying security and performance best practices, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
