Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based contact center and serverless solutions using Python. Integrate Amazon Connect with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3; build APIs, CI/CD, and IaC; monitor performance and apply security and scalability best practices.

Manage daily banking and direct debit administration, process bank uploads, assist with payment allocation QA and refunds, handle multiple mailboxes, perform four-eye QA checks, meet SLAs and operational metrics, log incidents and engage risk owners, and ensure processes comply with controls and timelines.
