Develop and maintain AWS Connect contact center solutions, serverless applications, APIs, cloud data platforms, and enterprise integrations using Python and AWS. Responsibilities include CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, incident resolution, security, scalability, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires clean, maintainable code and reliable cloud-native solutions supporting customer engagement, business operations, and analytics.

Supports conveyancing operations involving property acquisitions and sales. Reviews title deeds, prepares contracts and legal documents, coordinates client signing meetings, stamps and registers deeds, drafts releases and discharges, manages case trackers, processes invoices, and liaises with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Designs and manages highly available AWS infrastructure, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and Infrastructure as Code. Supports Windows and Linux production systems, automates operational tasks, and implements monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices. Leads incident response, root cause analysis, performance tuning, capacity planning, deployment strategies, and platform modernization while collaborating with development, security, and application teams. The role includes on-call responsibilities and mentorship.
