Manage strategic relationships with beneficial owners and institutional investors, act as primary client contact, deliver governance and reporting, monitor portfolio performance, support execution of portfolio strategies and transactions, coordinate internal teams for onboarding and change projects, and ensure regulatory compliance and strong control environment.

Design, develop and optimise Snowflake-based data pipelines and dimensional models for migration of mortgage portfolio data. Build ELT/ETL processes, ensure data quality and reconciliation, optimise Snowflake performance, support regulatory and operational reporting, implement governance and security, produce technical documentation, and work with stakeholders within Agile teams.

Develop, test, and deploy .NET applications and services (WCF, Web API, Web Forms, MVC), support QA, implement CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain lifecycle of BAU systems using Angular, SQL Server, Git, Azure DevOps and AWS Lambda.

Partner with business and technology teams to define reporting and data requirements, design and deliver MI and dashboards, analyse large datasets, ensure data quality, support UAT and drive continuous improvements across mortgage reporting.

Produce, validate and deliver accurate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management, client and regulatory reports using Snowflake and Power BI. Ensure data quality, reconciliation and governance across multiple sources, maintain documentation and controls, collaborate with Asset Management, Data Analytics and IT, support automation and EDW adoption, and respond to stakeholder queries and analysis requests.

Support and enhance the firm's risk framework and registers, perform 2nd-line control testing, manage incident/ risk event processes, produce risk MI for senior stakeholders, provide training and stakeholder engagement, and assist on firmwide projects.

Provide daily finance operations support for loan servicing: manage direct debit facilities, process bank uploads, reconcile payments, progress refunds, perform QA, manage mailboxes, meet SLAs, record incidents, and engage with risk to resolve issues while following controls and company procedures.
