Process online returns and refunds from the Mary Street OMNI HUB, pick/pack/post online orders, maintain inventory and floor availability, resolve customer enquiries, use M&S systems, and collaborate with sales floor teams while maintaining confidentiality.

Process online orders, pick/pack/post items, handle customer returns and refunds, maintain in-store stock availability, and deliver excellent customer service using digital tools. Full training provided.
