Build and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns in CleverTap across SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app channels; analyze funnels and cohorts; run experiments; improve campaign ROI and payback; document playbooks; and maintain reliable tracking and data quality. The role progresses toward full pod leadership across markets in Africa.

Build and own event-driven microservices for M-KOPA Mobility’s electric-mobility financing platform. Responsibilities include designing C#/.NET backend solutions, managing production systems, applying DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices, implementing automated testing and continuous delivery, and using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. The role involves collaborating across global teams, contributing to architecture decisions, monitoring services, and leveraging AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
