Own commercial growth across the UK, Ireland, Nordic, and Baltic markets. Generate and close B2B opportunities with sportsbook operators, platform providers, and technology partners; manage the full sales cycle, negotiate complex agreements, develop senior relationships, monitor market and regulatory trends, and identify expansion opportunities. Maintain CRM pipeline reporting and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions teams. Regular travel across Northern Europe is required.

Develop quantitative models for sports pricing, odds compilation, and risk management. Analyze large datasets, identify trading insights, deploy models with engineers, monitor performance, conduct back-testing, and continuously improve model accuracy. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align models with business needs. The role requires Python, sports betting market knowledge, statistical modeling, and experience with odds and margin optimization.
