Lead and scale the engineering organisation, drive reliable delivery and operational effectiveness, manage engineering managers, design org structure, and implement AI/automation to boost developer productivity while partnering closely with product and leadership.

Own end-to-end people operations for a remote EMEA workforce: manage full employee lifecycle, performance and employee relations, EOR and contractor coordination, payroll collaboration, design scalable AI-assisted HR workflows, and build integrations/automations with HiBob, Notion, Slack and internal systems.
