Manage end-to-end finance operations including frequent payment runs (bank, Moss, Request Finance, on-chain/off-chain), maintain airtight pre-accounting data, run full accounting cycles for German, BVI, and Cayman entities, handle intercompany accounting and transfer pricing, ensure HGB and IFRS compliance, coordinate with external auditors, help automate workflows (LLM-based analysis), and mentor a junior team member.

Lead and scale the engineering organisation, drive reliable delivery and operational effectiveness, manage engineering managers, design org structure, and implement AI/automation to boost developer productivity while partnering closely with product and leadership.

Own end-to-end people operations for a remote EMEA workforce: manage full employee lifecycle, performance and employee relations, EOR and contractor coordination, payroll collaboration, design scalable AI-assisted HR workflows, and build integrations/automations with HiBob, Notion, Slack and internal systems.

Lead development of LI.FI's Checkout product, owning backend-heavy full‑stack responsibilities across provider integrations, routing, lifecycle state, recovery flows, and frontend/backend contracts. Collaborate with Core backend and cross-functional teams, implement frontend work when needed, and ensure reliable end-to-end funding flows, observability, and architectural alignment.
