Manage the lifecycle and governance of European investment funds, coordinating launches, amendments, mergers, closures, regulatory alignment, product reviews, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The role supports fund strategy, customer outcomes, risk management, documentation, and compliance while collaborating with Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, service providers, fund boards, and external partners.

Leads financial reporting oversight for public market funds, reviewing administrator-produced financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, controls, and internal policies. Provides technical accounting guidance, partners with auditors and fund stakeholders, oversees service-provider performance, resolves reporting issues, drives process improvements, and manages Financial Reporting Supervisors and Analysts.

Supports fund finance, expense management, budgeting, accruals, invoice processing, expense allocations, reporting, and financial controls across public-market fund structures. Oversees third-party service providers, analyzes expense trends and variances, resolves exceptions, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and improves processes, procedures, controls, and reporting efficiency.
