Manage a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers, helping them achieve measurable outcomes, retain and expand their accounts, and realize long-term value. Responsibilities include success planning, business reviews, renewal readiness, identifying expansion opportunities, consultative stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Support, Solutions, Product, and Sales teams. The role is hybrid in Dublin and includes periodic customer travel.

The Director of Partnerships will manage and grow the partner funnel, ensuring pipeline generation and revenue targets are met, while leading a partner management team and fostering collaboration across various departments.

Owns core financial accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, management accounts, general ledger analysis, tax and revenue filings, statutory audits, financial statement preparation, and internal controls. The role also manages procurement and expense processes, supports multi-entity consolidation and reporting, partners with FP&A and external advisors, and improves finance systems and processes through automation.
