The Revenue Analyst will manage billing, reporting, credit control, process optimization, and support the revenue team, utilizing analytical skills to provide insights for enhancing revenue retention.

Identify, qualify, and generate sales pipeline through inbound inquiry qualification and outbound prospecting. Conduct initial qualification calls, assess customer needs, schedule discovery and demo sessions for Account Executives, communicate the value of the LMS solution, maintain accurate CRM records, and help improve SDR processes and market reach.

Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, translate executive vision into executable project frameworks, track milestones and KPIs, drive stakeholder alignment, remove roadblocks, analyze outcomes, and improve operational workflows and efficiencies.
