Teams at Larian Studios

Lead the Dublin game studio’s daily operations, budgets, projects, people management, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team development. Serve as the studio’s representative with Larian leadership, external partners, colleges, local authorities, and government. Promote a positive studio culture, support internship programs, ensure legal compliance, advocate for the gaming sector, and help secure applicable tax credits.

Manage HR policies, employee records, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, expatriate administration, training, and employee lifecycle processes across seven studio locations. The role supports leaders and employees, maintains HR metrics and systems, contributes to HR projects, and ensures consistent practices in a fast-growing, international creative organization.

Lead and approve narrative development across projects, mentor a storytelling team, evaluate and refine pitches, characters, and scripts, maintain narrative quality across formats and genres, and foster a shared narrative culture.
