Lead founder-defined growth priorities into shipped systems across GTM, ops, and growth. Build outreach and nurturing motions, improve website conversion and CRM handoffs, manage press and brand projects, create dashboards and operating cadences, turn founder-led work into repeatable campaigns and playbooks, and use AI/automation while keeping humans in the loop.

Lead technical pre-sales and post-sales for Lago: run discovery calls, build bespoke demos, manage trials and POCs, onboard customers, and liaise with AE, Product, and Engineering to close deals and ensure successful go-lives.

Own and scale Lago's infrastructure: design and automate provisioning with Pulumi and Kubernetes, build CI/CD pipelines, optimize PostgreSQL and ClickHouse for HA and performance, improve monitoring and observability, enhance cloud security (IAM, data protection), and collaborate with engineers to improve deployment and DevOps practices.
