The role involves valuing illiquid investments, building financial models, performing analyses, maintaining client relationships, and presenting findings.

Support restructuring engagements by preparing standard letters/forms, handling correspondence, liaising with creditors, solicitors and agents, collating information, assisting report preparation, managing assigned cases, and supporting the team. May involve client-site travel. Summer placement with potential permanent opportunity after graduation.

Perform valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning. Research industries and competitors, interview clients, build and review valuation models (DCF, comps, stock option, intangible assets), prepare engagement letters and budgets, and write and present reports.
