Manage restructuring assignments involving asset oversight, reconciliations, cash flows, budgets, forecasts, scenario analysis, controls, insolvency administration, creditor claims, filings, and asset realization strategies. Coordinate with clients, creditors, legal advisors, sales agents, and other third parties. Maintain case files, prepare invoices, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and support client-site visits.

Conduct valuation advisory engagements for financial reporting, tax, and management planning. Responsibilities include researching industries and competitors, interviewing clients, maintaining relationships, identifying new engagements, preparing engagement letters and budgets, and presenting analyses and written conclusions. The role requires constructing and reviewing financial valuation models, including DCF, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset models.
