Supports full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, requisition management, and applicant tracking system maintenance. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers, builds candidate pipelines across international jurisdictions, manages candidate engagement, supports recruiting reports, and contributes to process improvements. It requires substantial recruiting experience, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn sourcing, recruitment metrics, and generative AI tools.

Supports credit research and ratings for funds, closed-end funds, and investment vehicles. Responsibilities include developing cash flow and asset coverage models, preparing credit memos and publications, participating in diligence meetings, maintaining complex spreadsheets and databases, and collaborating across finance sectors. The role requires strong analytical, communication, modeling, and research skills, with proficiency in Advanced Excel and cash flow modeling; SQL and VBA are advantageous.

The Assistant General Counsel will manage privacy, data protection, and contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and supporting internal teams on legal questions.
