Manage compliance, legal, fraud, risk, vendor, and client-engagement dependencies; maintain trackers; support feature launches and incident response; analyze fraud, dispute, customer-experience, authorization, and decline metrics; manage vendor performance reviews; and provide market, regulatory, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.

Own Kraken Consumer’s growth marketing enablement product roadmap, connecting marketing and product to improve acquisition, conversion, reactivation, and retention. Design campaign journeys, lifecycle messaging, incentives, referral mechanics, landing pages, and measurement foundations across web and mobile. Lead experimentation, define funnel metrics, and partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver growth initiatives.

Build and grow the Kraken Pro trading community across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and other channels. Engage directly with traders, manage ambassadors and power users, lead AMAs and live events, communicate product updates, gather actionable feedback for Product, create high-quality content, and measure community impact through sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention.
