Lead PESL's regulatory compliance framework as the designated PCF-12, manage a small team, maintain CBI relationships, implement EU crypto and AML/MiCA rules, deploy automation and AI to scale controls, advise product and exec teams, oversee monitoring, training, policy development, and license applications.

Lead design and execution of the EU compliance monitoring and testing program. Conduct reviews, identify control gaps, advise business on regulatory obligations (AML/CFT, PSD2, EMR), implement policies, support product rollouts, regulatory reporting, training, and remediation. Drive automation and tech-enabled scaling of compliance processes.
