Simplify complex on-chain experiences for consumers while aligning Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, Legal, and external partners.

Design and specify automated paid-growth workflows, collaborate with engineers to implement agent-driven campaigns, QA agent outputs, refine AI-generated creative, and extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle growth functions.

Own end-to-end product analytics for the Pro team: build production-grade pipelines and dbt models, define north-star metrics, design A/B tests and causal inference frameworks, create dashboards and metric frameworks, embed AI tooling, and translate insights into product recommendations for leadership.

Lead Consumer Trading product initiatives for Kraken: prototype features with AI tools, define product requirements, run UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, finance and operations, use analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions, and evaluate new consumer product opportunities.

Lead global financial crime and conduct audits across AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery, market integrity, and conduct risk. Perform risk assessments, design and execute control testing, manage multiple engagements end-to-end, document findings, track remediation, apply AI-enabled auditing and data analytics, and present results to senior stakeholders and regulators.

Lead and oversee daily operations of Kraken's European EMI, ensuring regulatory compliance (EMI/PSR), risk and fraud management, outsourcing oversight, operational resilience, technology and security alignment, customer experience, and strategic planning. Serve as Executive Director (PCF-1) and PCF-42 (COO) subject to Central Bank approval, liaise with stakeholders, and report to CEO and board.

Lead and maintain PESL's AML/CFT framework as Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Oversee risk assessments, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, suspicious reporting, regulatory engagement, policy development, remediation, training, and embedding controls across product, operations, and technology. Build automated, data-driven compliance systems and support new products, outsourcing, and cross-border launches.
