Own strategic relationships with enterprise Embed clients, driving account expansion across countries, products, and eligible populations. Manage renewals, forecasts, QBRs, escalations, and account health while coordinating internal teams. Build multi-level stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, communicate risks, and translate client feedback into product and operational improvements. The role requires managing complex technical and commercial partnerships in a fast-growing startup environment.

Own product vision and strategy for an insurance-focused product area, determine what gets built, and lead product engineers. Responsibilities include shaping six-week cycles, simplifying insurer onboarding and benefits workflows, translating compliance and underwriting rules into user flows, collaborating across business functions, and adapting product areas as the company expands into new markets.

Reports to the COO and leads strategic, cross-functional initiatives focused on customer experience, business growth, efficiency, competitive intelligence, data foundations, and functional performance. The role requires a generalist who can solve ambiguous problems, manage strategic projects, analyze issues, prepare stakeholder updates, and support business priorities across the company.
