Lead benefit operations to set up employer schemes, process policy events, manage provider and customer interactions, drive process optimisation and automation, support renewals, resolve escalations, and deliver strategic projects to improve BenOps and customer experience.

Lead the People function at Kota, building talent strategies and performance systems while advising on benefits and collaborating with HR leaders and customers.
