Teams at Klaviyo

Manage the full sales cycle for Klaviyo’s MarTech SaaS solutions across EMEA, from prospect qualification and product demonstrations through closing. Build and manage a pipeline, develop territory strategies, forecast accurately, conduct outbound prospecting, and sell to founders, business owners, and marketing stakeholders. Support peers and new account executives while developing expertise in ecommerce, retail, and brand markets. Fluency in English and German is required.

Manage approximately 40 digital marketing agency and systems integrator partners across the Spanish region. Build trusted relationships, develop partner growth strategies, manage referrals and co-selling opportunities, articulate Klaviyo’s platform value, and help partners improve profitability. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams, operate against revenue goals, and travel across Spain, UKI, and Europe as needed.

Identify and prospect high-potential companies, develop messaging across channels, partner with Mid-Market Account Executives, generate sales opportunities, and share outbound best practices. The role requires fluent Italian and English, strong communication, goal orientation, attention to detail, and at least one year of work experience, preferably in a BDR role at a marketing technology company.
