Provide German- and English-language product support for Klaviyo customers via email and live chat. Troubleshoot SaaS/product issues, document resolutions, escalate when needed, advise on non-technical e-commerce/marketing questions, and help improve workflows with AI-driven tools while meeting KPIs.

Lead EMEA sales enablement strategy and roadmap, drive adoption of global programs, design rep development and onboarding, run needs analyses, deliver training and workshops, coach managers and AEs, partner with Product and Marketing for enablement content, measure enablement impact, and present results to sales leadership to drive growth.
