Install, calibrate, and validate KLA semiconductor tools at customer sites including optical, mechanical, robotic, and electro-optical integration. Perform site surveys, system testing, troubleshooting, customer training, and manage escalations and customer satisfaction. Travel internationally up to 80%.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to minimize downtime, produce field service reports, and support installation and maintenance procedures. Provide after-hours shift support and travel for site work and training.

Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and updates for complex Surfscan semiconductor equipment; train customers; prepare field service reports; coordinate with tech support and engineering to resolve system-level issues and minimize downtime.
