Manage the end-to-end process for approximately 120–150 quarterly investor update calls. Coordinate executive and investor calendars, invitations, logistics, presentation materials, recordings, and secure distribution. Operate Zoom webinars and provide live technical support, including Q&A monitoring and troubleshooting. Maintain reporting trackers, monitor deliverables and timelines, escalate risks, and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and the investor experience.

Lead people analytics and BI initiatives supporting talent management, development, acquisition, and diversity programs. Develop talent metrics, dashboards, statistical analyses, predictive models, survey insights, and data-quality tools using Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SQL. Partner with stakeholders and executives to communicate actionable findings, improve reporting frameworks, standardize metrics, and provide training and support.

Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for international wealth clients in EMEA. Work with GWS sales and product teams to standardize client onboarding, reporting, and investor communications across funds. Improve client experience and operational processes, respond to investor queries, and act as a conduit between global product teams and European intermediaries.
