Supports client reporting for KKR’s Real Assets funds by sourcing, validating, and analyzing asset-, fund-, and investor-level performance data. Produces client presentations, marketing materials, ad hoc reports, and investor responses while collaborating with product, investment, portfolio management, finance, legal, risk, and operations teams. Monitors new investments and funds, contributes to data-quality improvements, and develops automation methods. The role requires strong analytical, financial markets, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manage end-to-end preparation and delivery of RFIs, DDQs, and other client monitoring requests for institutional asset-management clients. Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and product strategy stakeholders to source and validate content, secure approvals, meet deadlines, and maintain quality. Maintain content libraries, develop product knowledge, provide stakeholder updates, and contribute to workflow optimization, automation, and process standardization.

Coordinates approximately 120–150 quarterly investor update calls, managing scheduling, calendars, invitations, materials, recordings, and live Zoom support. Maintains reporting trackers, ensures document accuracy and version control, monitors deadlines, escalates risks, and drives process improvements. The role requires executive coordination, strong communication, attention to detail, and effective management of multiple parallel workflows involving investment teams, senior leadership, and external investors.
