Develop and manage social media content for KKR and its EMEA portfolio brands. Responsibilities include executive LinkedIn programs, editorial planning, copywriting, content calendars, stakeholder reviews, publishing through Sprinklr, collaboration with creative partners, compliance alignment, trend monitoring, and performance optimization. The role translates complex financial and corporate communications into engaging social-first content while supporting senior leaders and global marketing initiatives.

Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for international wealth clients in EMEA. Work with GWS sales and product teams to standardize client onboarding, reporting, and investor communications across funds. Improve client experience and operational processes, respond to investor queries, and act as a conduit between global product teams and European intermediaries.

Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and logistics across time zones, support full interview lifecycle and onsite assessment events, maintain ATS data integrity (Greenhouse), drive operational improvements, partner with recruiters on pipeline, events, and diversity hiring initiatives, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
