Prepare, coordinate, and deliver RFPs, DDQs, and monitoring requests across asset classes; manage a high-volume pipeline, liaise with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams, maintain content libraries, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, consistent client communications under tight deadlines.

Support ongoing management and oversight of KKR's private credit portfolio by performing financial and performance analysis, transaction modelling, valuations, and portfolio risk identification/mitigation across 165+ investments to optimize returns for institutional and insurance mandates.

Perform financial statement analysis, valuation and financial modelling (DCF, relative value, EV waterfall), assess portfolio and company-level risks, prepare investment reviews and reports for the Investment Committee, engage with portfolio company senior leadership, and collaborate with origination on refinancing and amendment opportunities.

The role involves fund accounting and operational activities, overseeing partnership accounting, financial reporting, fund operations, and engaging with investors and third-party fund administrators.

Operate day-to-day HC transactions in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD for EMEA: hires, exits, transfers, data changes, onboarding/offboarding, background checks, documentation, cross-functional coordination, compliance, process improvement, system testing, and mentoring junior team members.

Lead technical ownership of Jira, Jira Service Management, and ServiceNow platforms. Design and implement integrations and CMDB governance, ensure data integrity, automate workflows, lead upgrades and audits, manage vendors, and coordinate security and stakeholder engagement across engineering, IT ops, and compliance.
