Support fund operations for private credit funds, including capital calls, distributions, credit facilities, commitments, management fees, transaction reviews, reconciliations, financial statements, audits, carried interest models, investor requests, and process improvement. The role also manages fund terms, coordinates with legal and internal teams, and prepares reporting while ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.

Develop and execute social media content for KKR and subsidiary brands across EMEA. Manage executive social media programs, including LinkedIn content, editorial planning, publishing, and optimization. Translate corporate announcements, transactions, insights, and thought leadership into engaging content. Coordinate with communications, marketing, compliance, designers, agencies, and senior stakeholders. Maintain content calendars, monitor trends, ensure brand governance, publish through Sprinklr, and analyze performance to improve engagement and reach.

Monitor and manage private credit investments through financial and performance analysis, valuation, transaction modeling, and portfolio risk management. The role evaluates company financials, identifies investment risks, supports strategic optimization, and synthesizes complex financial information into actionable insights for institutional and insurance-related mandates.

Leads KKR’s Dublin-based Credit Client and Product Services function, overseeing RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, monitoring deliverables, quality governance, workflow coordination, and stakeholder relationships across Dublin and New York. Serves as a Credit subject-matter expert, manages complex client responses, coaches team members, drives process improvements, and advances content governance, template optimization, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Lead people analytics and BI initiatives supporting talent management, development, acquisition, and diversity programs. Develop talent metrics, dashboards, statistical analyses, predictive models, survey insights, and data-quality tools using Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SQL. Partner with stakeholders and executives to communicate actionable findings, improve reporting frameworks, standardize metrics, and provide training and support.

Lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operation of AWS-native platform services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, developer tooling, and enterprise integrations across Atlassian, ServiceNow, Workday, and other SaaS platforms. Design secure, scalable cloud foundations and event-driven integrations, improve developer experience and operational quality, establish governance and observability, and mentor a global team while partnering with technology, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

Oversee middle-office investment operations, including NAV and regulatory reporting, external service-provider oversight, capital activity, treasury support, and project implementation. Collaborate with global operations and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable processes. The role requires fund accounting or administration experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Support KKR’s enterprise financial reporting transformation by consolidating data from internal sources and fund administrators. Design and operate reporting models, dashboards, data pipelines, and BAU Finance reporting processes using Snowflake and BI tools. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders, improve automation and controls, integrate third-party data, and publish KPIs covering reporting accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
