Lead project planning for major MEP projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project, perform critical path analysis, resource loading and forecasting, identify risks and mitigation, produce progress reports, support delay/EoT analysis, present updates to stakeholders, mentor junior planners, and implement planning controls.

The BIM Lead will oversee BIM coordination and digital delivery for major M&E projects, ensuring compliance with standards and workflows while mentoring junior staff and improving processes.

Develop and maintain master schedules and project controls for M&E construction projects using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Integrate contractor schedules, manage progress reporting, KPIs, time impact analyses and extension of time evaluations, support commissioning, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.
