Develop and maintain master schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), integrate contractor programmes, manage progress reporting and KPIs, perform time impact analyses and adjudicate extension of time claims, create commissioning programmes, and mentor junior staff.

Provide on-site document control and project administration: manage SharePoint project folders, control incoming project information, coordinate meetings and reports, maintain filing/archives and weekly progress records, support H&S audits, liaise with contractors, and improve document management processes ensuring ISO and company policy compliance.

Lead project planning for major MEP construction projects across Ireland, UK and Europe. Develop and maintain Primavera/MS Project schedules, perform critical path and resource analysis, produce progress reports, manage risks, support delay/EoT claims, present updates, and mentor junior planners.

Manage all mechanical aspects of building services projects from startup through handover. Oversee technical submittals, scheduling, labour, materials, plant delivery, commissioning, progress reporting, subcontractor coordination, and document management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage operational and commercial delivery of a portfolio of M&E construction projects from pre-construction handover to completion. Lead project teams, allocate resources, administer JCT/NEC contracts, run CVR meetings, manage risks and recovery plans, chair stakeholder progress meetings, ensure safety (RAMS/CDM), oversee commissioning and snagging, and report portfolio performance to senior leadership.

Lead quality assurance processes on major Mechanical & Electrical projects, manage inspections and audits, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and produce quality reports for stakeholders.

Lead and manage project planning for major MEP construction projects across Ireland, UK and Europe. Develop and maintain detailed schedules, perform critical path analysis and forecasting, produce progress and delay reports, support commercial EoT submissions, mentor junior planners, and implement planning best practices to control programme risk and communicate updates to stakeholders.
