Oversees digital QA platforms, quality reporting, audits, meetings, technical guidance, and continuous improvement across multiple projects.

Leads planning and project controls for major MEP construction projects across Ireland and Europe. Develops and manages schedules, baselines, updates, critical path analysis, resource loading, forecasting, risk mitigation, and progress reporting. Supports delay analysis and extension-of-time submissions, presents updates to stakeholders, collaborates with project and site teams, mentors junior planners, and improves planning processes and controls.

Manages all mechanical aspects of large-scale construction projects from startup through commissioning and handover. Responsibilities include coordinating technical submittals, labor, materials, equipment, schedules, contractors, clients, progress reporting, variations, site meetings, commissioning plans, and project documentation. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications while supervising teams and supporting construction innovation.
