Manage all mechanical aspects of construction projects from startup through commissioning and handover. Coordinate contractors, materials, plant delivery, scheduling, progress reporting, technical submittals, labour tracking, and client/site liaison to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead and manage project scheduling for major MEP construction projects using Primavera P6/MS Project. Maintain baselines, perform critical path analysis, resource loading, forecasting, risk identification, progress reporting, delay analysis, and mentor junior planners while coordinating with project, engineering, commercial, and site teams.

The BIM Lead will oversee BIM coordination and digital delivery for major M&E projects, ensuring compliance with standards and workflows while mentoring junior staff and improving processes.

Develop and maintain master schedules and project controls for M&E construction projects using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Integrate contractor schedules, manage progress reporting, KPIs, time impact analyses and extension of time evaluations, support commissioning, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

Manage operational and commercial delivery of a portfolio of M&E construction projects from pre-construction handover to completion. Lead project teams, allocate resources, administer JCT/NEC contracts, run CVR meetings, manage risks and recovery plans, chair stakeholder progress meetings, ensure safety (RAMS/CDM), oversee commissioning and snagging, and report portfolio performance to senior leadership.

Lead quality assurance processes on major Mechanical & Electrical projects, manage inspections and audits, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and produce quality reports for stakeholders.
