Create, edit, and maintain clear player-facing Self-Help articles and internal knowledge content. Ensure editorial quality, consistency, and accuracy across knowledge bases and CMS. Collaborate with stakeholders and support team members, track game updates and policy changes, and adapt tone for different audiences to improve player and agent support.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market gaming clients to drive Helpshift adoption, retention, and growth. Act as product expert and strategic advisor, run data-driven success programs, produce QBRs and roadmaps, advocate for customers cross-functionally, and support commercial upsell opportunities while handling multiple accounts and projects.
