Lead the Cluster Regulatory Affairs team for Northern Europe, develop and implement regulatory strategies across medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and supplements, manage submissions and interactions with health authorities, ensure compliance, oversee audits and promotional materials, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Regulatory Affairs in regional leadership.

Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, budgeting and forecasting. Prepare and analyse sales, gross profit and P&L reports; support SG&A and free stock budgeting; maintain sales forecast tools; provide financial insights for business cases and cluster reviews; manage local treasury and banking relationships; ensure compliance and support regional projects and ad hoc financial queries.

Lead eCommerce account management to meet revenue and P&L targets. Execute customer sales and marketing programs, negotiate business plans, optimize assortment/pricing/promotions, drive NPI and campaigns, analyze channel performance, and build retailer relationships to grow online sales across Kenvue categories.
