Manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting for delegated spend across categories such as marketing, HR, IT, R&D, construction, and facilities. Responsibilities include reviewing requisitions, organizing sourcing events, negotiating supplier terms, managing supplier performance, executing contracts, resolving disputes, ensuring compliance, supporting category projects, and coordinating with internal stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and suppliers.

Supports Commercial Quality activities for Spain and the Northern and Southern European cluster. Responsibilities include maintaining QMS and SOPs, supporting new product quality approvals, product lifecycle activities, training oversight, change controls, document and data management, non-conformances, CAPAs, and quality-related projects. The role requires a scientific degree, English fluency, and knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and GDP regulations.

Develops category growth plans for retail customers using shopper and category insights. Leads range reviews, creates range and space recommendations, builds planograms, tracks category performance, and influences retailer implementation. Partners with customer development and multifunctional teams to improve product distribution, shelf presence, visibility, and sales. Requires FMCG category development experience, retailer engagement, strong analytical and commercial skills, and proficiency with Nielsen, Kantar, and dunnhumby databases.
