Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of B2B SaaS customers across the EMEA market. Responsibilities include renewals, cross-sells, upsells, onboarding, technical and quarterly business reviews, issue resolution, customer advocacy, and advising clients on cybersecurity best practices. The role requires fluent French and English, enterprise and executive engagement, technical knowledge of integrations, Salesforce experience, and the ability to meet revenue targets.

Drives new SMB business across EMEA through cold outreach, lead generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal reviews, and full-cycle sales. The representative manages pipelines in Salesforce, builds prospect relationships, maintains active customer contracts, schedules meetings, exceeds quotas, and develops expertise in Keeper’s cybersecurity products.
