Manage and expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, executing account strategies, monitoring adoption metrics, achieving sales quotas, forecasting revenue, and maintaining customer records in Salesforce. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer experiences and solution expansion.

Oversee EMEA billing operations, resolve complex customer billing issues, lead process improvements, analyze operational metrics, coordinate cross-functional projects, support strategic and distributor accounts, and maintain training and process documentation. The role also partners with Billing, Collections, Product, IT, Go-To-Market, and outsourced BPO teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue protection.

Manage and expand existing DACH-market accounts through upselling, cross-selling, relationship building, adoption monitoring, strategic sales planning, forecasting, and quota attainment. Use Salesforce to track accounts, leads, and opportunities while collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer growth and successful solution implementation.
