Lead mechanical testing and product validation for data centre cooling systems, including pressure, airflow, water, acoustic, leak, filter, and performance testing. Design and build test rigs, develop procedures and automated test sequences, analyze results, produce technical reports, and present findings to customers. Own equipment calibration, improve test facility safety and repeatability, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across testing operations.

Leads the complete mechanical design lifecycle for modular data centres, packaged MEP plantrooms, and skid-mounted systems. Develops chilled water, pumping, cooling, and heat rejection solutions; produces factory-ready technical documentation; applies DfMA principles; and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, and project teams. Supports technical submissions, approvals, commissioning, and client presentations while standardizing solutions globally. Provides technical leadership and mentoring, and contributes to innovative cooling technologies for mission-critical infrastructure.

Designs electrical power and control panels, variable speed drives, wire harnesses, schematics, and bills of materials for European air-cooled chillers. Applies European directives and IEC/EN standards, selects components, prepares engineering documentation, supports production and technical teams, and helps test and troubleshoot chiller systems. The role also contributes to product development, process improvement, project reporting, and mentoring junior engineers, with up to 10% travel within Europe.
