Design and develop industrial chiller products from concept through production release. Create Creo 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs while applying DFM principles, manufacturing requirements, European regulations, and engineering standards. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, procurement, and international production facilities on piping, sheet metal, assembly, and mechanical system integration. Manage designs in PDM systems, resolve technical issues, identify risks, and mentor junior designers.

Lead mechanical design activities for industrial chiller products from concept through production release. Create Creo 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs while applying DFM principles, manufacturing requirements, European regulations, and engineering standards. Design piping, sheet metal, structural, and mechanical subsystems; manage PDM documentation; resolve technical issues with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams; identify design risks; and mentor junior designers. The role is based in Dublin with four office days weekly and occasional European travel.

Leads electrical design and documentation for industrial chiller products, including schematics, wiring layouts, harness routing, control panels, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborates with mechanical design, manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Supports engineering changes, prototypes, production launches, troubleshooting, and technical mentoring while using Creo, Windchill, and SAP.
