Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles across EMEA. Partner with hiring managers and HR, develop targeted sourcing strategies, engage specialist talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, manage multiple vacancies, maintain workflows in Workday, and deliver strong candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Leads European stakeholder discovery and translates business needs into Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria for chiller selection tools. Coordinates product launches, complex projects, delivery tracking, demos, user acceptance testing, releases, training, and process improvements across Agile teams. Partners with product managers, technical leads, sales, engineering, and customer support while incorporating regional requirements, regulations, languages, and certifications. Uses AI tools and mentors other analysts.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including calendar and travel coordination, expense processing, meeting preparation, correspondence management, stakeholder liaison, action tracking, and confidential information handling. The role arranges domestic and international travel, prepares executive materials, supports meetings, coordinates follow-ups, and manages executive office activities with professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational judgment.
