Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out and construction projects (€500k–€10M). Responsibilities include project inception, detailed scheduling, budgeting and cost control, procurement, contract administration, on-site monitoring, risk mitigation, quality control, safety compliance, and project handover with final inspections and account settlement.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for Integrated Facilities Management across an EMEA client account. Manage RFPs, supplier selection and performance, contract negotiations, savings delivery and reporting. Coordinate with account and operations teams, support transformation and ESG initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement using procurement platforms and FM analytics.

Support Project Managers on construction capital projects from inception to completion. Duties include site coordination, subcontractor management, procurement support, quality assurance, health & safety compliance, progress reporting, tender analysis, and contract administration while liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
