Performs planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, small projects, help desk tasks, and operational monitoring for commercial building systems. Maintains electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, UPS, emergency power, air conditioning, and BMS-controlled assets. Issues permits to work, conducts isolations, coordinates specialist subcontractors, maintains records, meets SLA and HSE requirements, and supports statutory and contractual compliance.

Provides front-of-house reception and workplace experience services for visitors, employees, candidates, and new hires. Responsibilities include sign-in and badging, telephone and email support, meeting and event setup, room monitoring, booking-system administration, visitor assistance, space audits, and coordination with security, janitorial, mail, courier, and facilities teams. The role emphasizes customer service, presentation standards, security awareness, emergency procedures, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Supports Ireland-based employees across performance management, employee relations, absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances, workplace adjustments, TUPE, RIF consultations, and departures. Partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, maintains case documentation, delivers manager training, supports compliance, and improves HR processes and employee experience. The role is based in Dublin or London with office attendance three times weekly and uses Workday and Microsoft Suite.
