Coordinate with account and operations teams, support transformation and ESG initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement using procurement platforms and FM analytics.

Support Project Managers on construction capital projects from inception to completion. Duties include site coordination, subcontractor management, procurement support, quality assurance, health & safety compliance, progress reporting, tender analysis, and contract administration while liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for an IFM client account across EMEA: manage RFPs/e-auctions, supplier onboarding and performance, negotiate savings, report via Jaggaer, support transitions, compliance, risk management, sustainability and stakeholder engagement.
