Lead and optimize settlement and accounting processes by designing financial policies, governance, and controls. Manage and develop the settlement team, provide technical support and training, ensure compliance and risk mitigation, and drive finance-system, process, and automation projects across functions to support sustainable business growth.

Execute daily treasury operations (fund settlements, liquidity replenishment, credit card billing, collections), develop and maintain treasury SOPs and workflows, and act as primary contact for business payment/receipt inquiries, resolving routine treasury operational questions.
